Does the AI invent qualifications?
No. Every sentence in your CV goes back to a confirmed fact from your documents or your answers. Anything unproven is marked as open by the coach. It phrases things better, it does not make things up.
What is free?
One CV and one cover letter in the “Klar” design, as a PDF without watermark, one import up to 10 MB and 5 short coach messages. No credit card.
What happens after the 30 days of the pass?
Your documents stay editable and exportable as PDF for as long as your account exists. Only new AI services need a new pass or Flex.
How do I cancel the Flex subscription?
In your account or publicly via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page, no chat and no detours. We remind you 3 days before every charge.
Which files can I upload?
PDF (including scans), DOCX, TXT, JPG, PNG, WebP and CSV from project profilers. With the pass or Flex up to 20 MB per file and 10 files at once.
Do I need an application photo?
No. You can use your own photo, continue without one or have the photo studio create four pictures. These pictures are labelled as AI-generated.
Where is my data stored?
Database and files are stored in Frankfurt. For AI processing we use providers with a data processing agreement. Your data is not used for training. Details are in the privacy policy.
Will the Jobcenter pay for it?
That is possible, but it is an individual decision. Apply before you buy. You can create a cost estimate for free on our Jobcenter page.
