AI notice under Article 50 AI Act

This is a convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.

Hirezard uses artificial intelligence. Under Article 50 of the AI Act we tell you where this happens and how we label AI content.

Where AI works

  • AI coach: When you write with the coach, you are talking to an AI system. It is labelled “AI coach” everywhere.
  • Reading documents: An AI recognises positions, periods and skills in your files. You check and confirm the results.
  • Wording: Suggestions for CVs, cover letters and interview answers are created with AI.
  • Business photos: Photos from the photo studio are AI-generated. They visibly carry the label “AI-generated” and are additionally labelled in a machine-readable way.

Provider

We use models from OpenAI via their API, behind our own interface so we can change the provider. Where available, processing takes place in the EU. Details are in the privacy policy.

What the AI does not do

  • It does not invent qualifications. Every statement goes back to your documents or answers; unknown details stay marked as placeholders.
  • It changes nothing without you. The coach makes suggestions, you accept or reject them.
  • It does not assess protected characteristics such as origin, religion, gender or health and does not rank applicants.
  • Your data is not used to train AI models.
  • It buys nothing and sends no applications in your name.

Limits

AI can make mistakes, for example misread a date. Check every detail before you send an application. If the AI service fails, you can continue working by hand.
