Accessibility statement
This is a convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.
We want everyone to be able to use Hirezard. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we implement
- All functions can be used with the keyboard, with a visible focus.
- Form fields have labels, errors are explained in text.
- Contrast of text and controls meets a ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
- Pages can be zoomed to 200 percent without losing content.
- The before and after slider is a slider with arrow keys, value announcement and a label.
- If your system asks for reduced motion, we turn animations off.
Known limitations
- The sample images for business photos are placeholders until we can show real photos with consent.
- We are still checking whether exported PDF documents are fully tagged as accessible PDFs.
Report a barrier
If you notice a barrier, write to us at support@hirezard.com. Briefly describe the page and the problem. We reply as quickly as possible and look for a solution with you.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the joint market surveillance authority of the German federal states for the accessibility of products and services (MLBF) in Magdeburg. We are checking whether the German Accessibility Strengthening Act applies to us as a small business; regardless of that, we build accessibly.
