Terms and conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all contracts for the use of Hirezard at https://hirezard.com and https://app.hirezard.com. The provider is Hirezard, Inhaber Timur Aktas Gonzalez, Dollersweg 19, 44319 Dortmund (“we”). Deviating terms of the user do not apply.

Hirezard is aimed at consumers and businesses aged 16 and over. Anyone under 18 needs the consent of a parent or guardian for paid services.

2. Services

Hirezard is a tool for creating and editing CVs, cover letters and application photos. An AI coach asks questions and makes suggestions. You decide on every change yourself.

Free start: one CV and one cover letter in the “Klar” design, editable by hand and exportable as PDF without a watermark, one import up to 10 MB, 5 short coach messages and a limited job analysis.

Application pass (€19.90 one-off): 30 days of AI use with 5 job packages, 3 full AI revisions per package, 75 coach messages in total, all 32 designs. The pass does not renew.

Flex subscription: €9.90 in the first month, then €19.99 per month. Per billing month 10 job packages and 150 coach messages. Unused quotas expire at the end of the billing month.

Photo4 (€19.90 one-off): your selfies become 8 candidates, from which you choose 4 high-resolution favourites. If there are defects, you get 1 regeneration.

Pass + Photo4 (€34.90 one-off): both services together.

The description on the pricing page at the time of the order is part of the contract.

3. Account and conclusion of contract

For personal documents you need an account with a confirmed email address. The presentation of the services is not a binding offer. You make a binding offer when you click “order with obligation to pay” after the order summary. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or unlock the service. We store the contract text; you receive it with the confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under section 19 UStG (German small business regulation). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We unlock quotas as soon as the payment is confirmed.

5. Term and cancellation of the Flex subscription

The Flex subscription runs for one month at a time and renews automatically for another month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month: in your account or without logging in on the cancellation page https://hirezard.com/en/cancel. We remind you by email 3 days before every charge. You can keep using the period you have paid for. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

6. Quotas

A job package refers to one specific job ad and a saved profile state. It is used up by the first full AI run for that application. Every further full run counts as a revision. Small improvements to single fields only use coach messages. Technical failures do not use up quota. If an action uses quota, we show this beforehand. We do not offer unlimited AI use. To prevent abuse, we may limit the number of requests per period.

7. AI services

The AI coach is an AI system. It only phrases things based on your documents and answers and marks unknown details as placeholders. AI can still make mistakes, so check all content before sending it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your applications. We do not owe you success with applications or an invitation to an interview. Details are in the AI notice.

8. Business photos

You may only upload selfies of yourself. The photos created are AI-generated and labelled as such. We delete your selfies no later than 30 days after upload. The favourites you choose stay in your account until you delete them or your account.

9. Rights to your content

Your documents and the documents created from them belong to you. You only grant us the rights we need to provide the services, such as storing, processing and displaying. We do not use your content to train AI models. After the AI period ends, you can keep editing documents by hand and exporting them as PDF for as long as your account exists.

10. Your obligations

You provide true information, do not upload unlawful content and only process third-party data (for example references) if you are entitled to. You keep your login details secret.

11. Availability

We aim for high availability. Maintenance and disruptions at service providers may restrict use at times. If the AI coach is unavailable, manual editing and your files remain usable.

12. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details are in the withdrawal policy. You can also declare the withdrawal online: https://hirezard.com/en/withdraw.

13. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations we are only liable for typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

14. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time. A running Flex subscription then ends at the end of the period paid for. How this works is described on the page Delete your account.

15. Changes to these terms

We inform you of changes by email at least six weeks before they take effect. With a running Flex subscription you can cancel until they take effect. For one-off purchases, the terms at the time of the order apply.

16. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The contract language is German.
